Justin Louis
(as “John Pollock”)
A native of Toronto, Canada, Justin Louis is now a well-known star on the American scene—but sure to gain further notice for his role in “MISSING” as the hard charging, politically ambitious FBI Assistant Director John Pollock.
Since moving from Toronto to Los Angeles in 1995, Louis has proven his versatility in a wide variety of dramatic and comedic TV and film roles. On TV, Justin grabbed the attention of American viewers and critics in the lead role of harried suburban father Doug Barber in NBC’s “Hidden Hills” sitcom. He earlier proved his comic chops in NBC’s “The Fighting Fitzgeralds.”
Already a fixture in the Canadian film circuit for his dramatic acting skills, Louis gained notice of the independent film community in his American film debut in “Fallen Arches.” As the hotheaded gangster Duke Romano, Louis earned Best Actor award from the Chicago Alt.Film Fest in 1999.
Most recently, Louis—the Canadian born son of Portuguese parents--guest-starred in the remake of sci-fi horror cult movie favorite, “Dawn of the Dead.”
Louis’ list of TV guest appearances came in such critically-acclaimed dramas, including Fox’s “24,” NBC’s “ER,” CBS’s “Judging Amy,” UPN’s “Star Trek: Voyager,” ABC’s “Cracker” and Fox’s “21 Jump Street.”
