Part 1 and 2 – The Amulet

A wealthy donor to the University has an extra ordinary request to help rid his family of a malevolent spirit that appears to be occupying their city mansion. Sceptical at first Monaghan and his unit becomes convinced that the spirit is present and the family is in danger. Monaghan has to race against the clock before the spirit claims a victim, and solve the mystery as to why the poltergeist is seeking revenge.

Part 3 and 4 – Omen Formation

A young soldier escapes from an army psychiatric facility, and heads straight for the paranormal psychology dept at Clyde university in Glasgow. He implores Professor Monaghan and his team for their help, as he believes he’s been cursed by the victim of a wartime incident in Bosnia and can foresee his own death. Tragically, the unit can’t save him and the curse is then passed on to Professor Monaghan. Now he and his team have to try and save Monaghan’s life before it’s too late.

Part 5 and 6 - Empty Promise

A woman’s child is terminally ill, and in desperation she turns to a stage psychic to save her daughter. Monaghan and his team confront the psychic, who disarmingly admits he has no special powers; it’s all part of the act. Then mysteriously, the child’s’ symptoms improve, and Monaghan begins to wonder if the psychic does have supernatural healing ability. As the mother and child fall under the man’s spell, Monaghan begins to fear for the child’s life. Is the physic trying to heal her or kill her, so her spirit can join his dead daughter in the afterlife?
